TOYS Entry Conditions


Entries are deemed as in acceptance of ALL relevant TGCA rules including the showing rules set out in the current members handbook (please refer to TGCA website) as well as those on this schedule

  • The TGCA reserve the right to refuse an entry without giving a reason. 
  • No cancellations will be met with a refund unless a relevant, current veterinary certificate is provided
  • The TGCA reserve the right to alter or cancel any class they see fit without giving a reason 
  • Classes may be split into sections if entries warrant. 
  • Hats must be worn at all times and must be up to current safety standards in accordance with affiliated rules. 
  • The decision of the judges and/or the TGCA is final.  

CLOSING DATES

First Closing Date - 04/07/2019 (Entries will be featured in TOYS Catalogue)

Late Closing Date - 11/07/2019 (Entries will NOT be featured in TOYS Catalogue)

LATE ENTRIES ON THE DAY ACCEPTED (Except Pre-Entry only Classes) --‐PAYMENTS IN CASH ONLY SURCHARGE APPLIES.

Thursday Showing Classes - £12 + £5 Extra on the Day

Thursday Dressage - £15 (PRE ENTRY ONLY)

Thursday Master Class - £20  (PRE ENTRY ONLY)

Friday Day Classes £12 + £5 extra on the day

Friday Evening Classes £10 + £5 extra on the day


Please bring qualification card with you on the day to enter the finals classes 

Saturday Day Classes £20 + £5 extra on the day

Saturday Evening Classes £12 + £5 extra on the day


HOYS - (CLASS 62)  £22.00 PLUS £13 HOYS LEVY = £35  (PRE ENTRY ONLY)
